Being that I am a first time home buyer, I changed my mind several times on location and what were must haves for my new home. Troy was patient and helped tailor fit his search to exactly what I wanted. Very helpful and knowledgeable in his field. If he didn't know the answer to one of my questions, he would go out of his way to make sure he found it and relay to me what I needed.
